Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Will provide Management oversight to all facilities of the company across India & global for Electronic Security under aegis of Corporate Physical Security
- Ensure electronic security measures to meet and as per Client needs.
- Administration and management of all security functions activities and personnel relating to compliance with company requirements
- Ensuring Process adherence as per the guidelines document
- Liaises with Organizations management internal customers / clients security contractors and on requirement with local law enforcement and intelligence agencies.
- Serves as the primary security point of contact for Surveillance Security under Corporate Physical Security domain
- Compliance to include legal/statutory professional duties responsibilities and obligations relating to security
- Achieve complete security management systems in accordance with organization plans and adherence to legislation and agreed regulatory bodies processes and procedures
- Overall responsibility for management and application of the Surveillance Security budget under the Corporate Physical Security vertical.
- Leading & managing a team of efficient electronic surveillance POCs across INDIA.
- Contribute to training and development of the team.
- Planning Implementation and Managing of Digital Tools and Assets for Physical Security Function.
- ID & Electronic Access Control Management under Corporate Physical Security.
- CCTV network grid. Integrated Surveillance System.
- Visitor Vendor & Work Permit Management Systems and Baggage Screening Tools and Systems
- Securing Facilities and premises by implementing efficient Safety and Security Systems.
- Coordination with Delivery team for upkeep and serviceability of Safety Apparatus
- Planning Implementation and Manage Day to day operations of Electronic Security systems & functions
- PAN INDIA. Coordination and engagement with Electronic Security system Vendors across locations
- Budgeting for new initiative and improvement projects of Electronic Security & safety systems and ensure that the same is implemented across locations under the Regional / Location.
