Job Description

Job Title: Chief Commercial Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Commercial Officer to lead our commercial strategy in Vietnam. The successful candidate will be a visionary with a passion for growth responsible for propelling the company to new heights in revenue and market share. This role encompasses full P&L oversight and demands operational excellence across sales marketing and business development.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Development: Formulate and execute the commercial strategy for the organization focusing on revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence across all business functions including sales marketing and business development with complete P&L responsibility.
  • Innovation: Lead initiatives in product and marketing innovation to enhance competitiveness.
  • Collaboration: Foster crossfunctional collaboration and build robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Financial Planning: Oversee financial planning for projects and initiatives ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
  • Operational Efficiency: Enhance overall operational efficiency and effectiveness through strategic planning and management.
  • Regulatory Navigation: Navigate the regulatory landscape ensuring compliance and adaptability.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building a scalable highgrowth business that significantly contributes to our organizations success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish and communicate the companys strategic direction in alignment with the executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate the strategic vision to local teams promoting a shared understanding and commitment to organizational goals.
  • Cultivate a culture of operational excellence across sales marketing operations and business development.
  • Implement robust operational processes to ensure sustainable growth and efficiency.
  • Manage and oversee related teams setting objectives and tracking performance metrics in line with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities partnerships and markets while managing the commercial budget and providing revenue forecasts.
  • Lead and develop the commercial team with a strong emphasis on high performance and mutual respect.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in operations including field sales management and backoffice operations (financial business support logistics). Experience in the lending business is a plus.
  • Background in managing a techdriven business with a fundamental understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery.
  • Experience in a financially regulated environment with knowledge of risk and compliance functions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing mid to largesized businesses and influencing senior management teams.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.
