What you will be doing:

  • Drive the organizations mission to deliver exceptional member experiences.
  • Shape the organizations identity and implement innovative strategies for member growth.
  • Ensure a seamless toptier experience at every touchpoint.
  • Collaborate closely with team members across departments.
  • Inspire a culture of excellence with a membercentric approach.
  • Participate in overall management decisionmaking budgeting and strategic planning activities.
  • Serve as the Credit Union Security Officer ensuring alarm systems are functional and employees are trained in security procedures.
  • Oversee member services account and transaction activity and deposit products.
  • Develop implement and administer new products/programs initiating changes to better meet member needs and IAACU objectives.
  • Oversee the marketing strategy to attract new members and grow relationships with existing members.
  • Evaluate market trends and provide analysis and recommendations to management.
  • Foster positive relationships and represent the credit union to member companies and the general public.
  • Serve as the credit union’s Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) / Patriot Act Officer and oversee federally mandated filings.
  • Perform research prepare reports and provide information and counsel to the Board of Directors and relevant committees.
  • Stay abreast of current trends developments technology and opportunities within the field of responsibility.
  • Promote the brand message and hold the team accountable for brand execution.
  • Create a safe environment for team members to make decisions and take action.
  • Assume responsibility for implementing practices for diversity equity and inclusion.

Experience you will need:

  • Extensive experience with Customer or Member Experience Leadership.
  • Previous Marketing Experience.
  • Strong Data and Analytics Acumen.
  • Previous banking or credit union experience.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including rotating Saturdays.
  • Periodic travel required including some overnights.
  • 8 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience education and training including management experience.
