Position Title: Appointment Setter/Lead GeneratorWork Setup: Work from Home/Work Onsite
Salary: Php 25000.00 Php 45000.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 4:00 PM 12:30 AM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN APPOINTMENT SETTER/LEAD GENERATOR
Responsibilities as an Appointment Setter/Lead Generator:
Initiate outbound calls to potential customers adeptly gathering relevant information.
Employ exceptional customer service skills to captivate customers attention and navigate them through insurance options.
Collaborate closely with our seasoned sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Enjoy comprehensive training and ongoing support provided by the management and training team.
Qualifications as an Appointment Setter/Lead Generator:
Must have at least 2 years of experience as an Appointment Setter/Lead Generator.
Strong work ethic ambition and a positive outlook.
A consultative sales approach and a friendly disposition.
Excellent communication skills and rapportbuilding abilities.
Ability to handle objections and surpass targets.
Great time management skills and a thirst for knowledge.
