As an Appointment Setter / Lead Generator you ll be the crucial first point of contact for potential clients introducing them to our innovative insurance and financial services solutions. This role demands a unique blend of sales acumen industry knowledge and interpersonal skills. You ll conduct highvolume outbound calls expertly navigating complex conversations to identify qualified leads and set valuable appointments for our sales team. Your ability to clearly communicate sophisticated concepts overcome objections and maintain a positive persistent attitude will be key to driving our client s growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct highvolume outbound calls to potential clients maintaining a professional and engaging demeanor

- Qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening
- Schedule appointments with decisionmakers for our expert sales team

- Utilize CRM systems to track interactions and manage lead information effectively
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead qualification criteria and improve conversion rates
- Achieve and exceed performance targets for appointment setting and lead generation
Requirements
