About the Company: We are seeking a dedicated lead qualification agent to assist in calling and qualifying leads for a logistics brokerage. The ideal candidate will be experienced in logistics and shipping terminology and capable of gathering and recording information accurately.

Job Description: The primary responsibilities of the lead qualification agent will include calling and qualifying leads asking specific questions about shipping needs such as whether they move LTL (Less Than Truckload) FTL (Full Truckload) or partials the volume of shipments busy and slow seasons whether shipments are palletized or floorloaded special accessorials white glove services and preferred carriers.

Role:

• Call provided business contacts to qualify their shipping needs.
  
• Ask questions regarding LTL FTL partial shipments shipment volumes busy and slow seasons palletized or floorloaded shipments special accessorials white glove services and preferred carriers.
  
• Accurately record gathered information.
