This is a remote position.
The client manages a portfolio of upscale Airbnb and rental properties located in luxury towers offering exceptional experiences to guests. As part of their commitment to providing topnotch service they are seeking a Customer Support Agent to handle inquiries from renters and ensure seamless experiences throughout their stay.
FULL TIME (Pacific Timezone)
No fixed schedule provided but client is looking to hire candidates that are FLEXIBLE. (might not have a weekend off) but client can provide a fixed schedule after the training period or after 23 months.
Responsibilities:

Customer support agent to answer queries from renters.

Can come via email chat or calls (not many calls).

As there are not many tickets in a shift this role will also need to do general admin or VA tasks as required.

Respond promptly to inquiries from renters via email chat or occasional calls.
Assist with general administrative tasks during quieter periods.
Manage calendars and schedules to coordinate rental bookings efficiently.
Provide support to renters as needed to address any questions or concerns they may have.
