Job Description

As a Virtual Medical Receptionist you ll be the digital face of a dynamic pain management clinic managing all aspects of patient interaction and appointment scheduling. Working remotely you ll utilize stateoftheart technology to ensure smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient care. Responsibilities

• Manage a highvolume virtual appointment system ensuring efficient scheduling and minimal wait times
  
• Conduct outbound calls to patients for appointment scheduling followups and confirmations
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries providing information about services and addressing concerns
  
• Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  
• Collaborate closely with the physician to optimize clinic workflow and patient care
  
• Assist in implementing and improving virtual front desk operations
  
• Potentially expand role to include basic medical billing tasks as the practice grows
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in medical reception or related healthcare customer service role
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  
• Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and medical scheduling software
  
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance
  
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
