JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SENIOR DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Responsibilities as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist:
Ownership of the performance outcome for the digital campaigns you manage including achieving and maintaining target KPIs such as CPA ROAS and conversion rates.
Collaboration with the team to drive campaign performance and mentor junior members.
Creation and optimization of digital campaigns across Google (a primary capability) Meta and Pinterest.
Conduct regular search term analysis and optimization to improve campaign performance.
Monitor ROI for campaigns prepare detailed marketing reports and document results.
Troubleshoot and resolve campaign performance issues promptly.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm changes implementing new strategies as appropriate.
Ensure all digital marketing practices adhere to ethical standards and maintain transparency with clients.

Qualifications as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist:

Bachelors Degree in Digital and Interactive Media or Technology related field experience.
Advanced knowledge in digital marketing its algorithms and latest trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Five years or more Google Ads Experience. Advanced knowledge of leadbased bid strategies campaign structure ad group organization keyword management ad optimization and conversion tracking. Expertlevel
familiarity with Google Ads web interface and Google Ads Editor navigation.
Three years or more Meta Ads Experience. Advanced knowledge in running lead campaign objective campaigns campaign optimization ad set management audience targeting and ad creation. Proficiency with Facebook Advertising and Facebook Business Manager.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and create insightful reports.
Proficiency in Google Analytics Google Tag Manager and experience with script implementation for campaign automation.
Knowledge in Facebook Business Manager Pinterest Advertising Manager (ideal but not a must) and SERanking or similar e.g. SEMrush.
Experience with Slack MS Excel (advanced) and Google Apps (Sheets Docs Mail etc).
Five years or more effective performancedriven campaign management across multiple industries.
Maturity to manage the responsibility the role requires and mentor junior team members.

Has a passion for the business growth outcomes Digital Marketing can achieve.
Has five years or more experience in successful campaign management within multiple advertising channels
Demonstrates exceptionally high attention to detail.
Produces abovestandard written communication and clientfacing reports.
Is comfortable with data analysis and has a strong desire to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.
Can manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines while maintaining highquality output.
Familiarity with Asana for task management is a plus.
