Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist addressing customer inquiries and complaints via email or live chat without phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand follow and remain knowledgeable of client policies and guidelines.
• Provide accurate valid and complete information to customers by using appropriate methods/tools.
• Meet personal/customer support targets.
• Report and provide feedback on trends common enduser mistakes and questions to the manager in a timely manner.
• Identify improvement opportunities in workflow and automation and suggest solutions to relevant teams.
• Interface effectively with other internal and client teams.

Qualifications:

• Native Norwegian
• B2 proficiency in English
