Tasks

• Implementing RG policies and practices across the company including but not limited to through implementing the customer risk assessment framework.
• General oversight review monitoring and follow up on specific RG cases providing guidance and support to customers who may be experiencing gamblingrelated difficulties.
• Educating employees companys management and other stakeholders on responsible gaming principles and procedures conducting training sessions to ensure staff members are equipped to identify and address responsible gaming issues
• Collaborating with regulatory bodies to maintain adherence to industry standards and best practices ensuring regulatory reporting as might be required.
• Implementing and overseeing customers complaints handling procedures.
• Close cooperation with the Customer Operations team.
• Close cooperation with the Technical Team while implementing and improving technical solutions relating to customer risk assessment and ongoing monitoring.
• Ensuring overall compliance by the company with local and international regulations pertaining to responsible gaming.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in responsible gambling knowledge and experience in AML/TF would be a huge asset.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in German & English.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.
• Experience in assisting compliance and risk assessment tools technical implementation.
