Were looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in the iGaming industry. In this role youll provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to our users ensuring their experience is smooth and enjoyable.
Tasks
- Offer fast accurate and friendly assistance to customers via phone email and live chat.
- Monitor and manage player accounts.
- Support other departments with various tasks giving you a chance to learn about the business from multiple perspectives.
- Work 8hour shifts including mornings evenings weekends and public holidays. Our service is available 24/7 though night shifts are covered by a separate team.
Requirements
- EU passport holder
- Native Dutch speaker with strong written and spoken English skills.
- Serviceoriented with a passion for solving customer issues effectively and enjoying the process.
- Problemsolving mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility in work shifts and adaptability to various tasks.
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous but not required; full training is provided.
