This role focuses on maintaining the satisfaction and loyalty of our Germanspeaking customer base. As a Customer Support Agent you will be the primary point of contact resolving issues and ensuring a positive user experience.
Tasks
- Provide customer assistance in German and English via live chat and email.
- Help customers navigate the website including account creation and management.
- Collaborate with teams like Payments & Fraud to ensure a secure gaming environment.
- Collect customer feedback to enhance services and communicate insights to relevant departments.
Requirements
- EU passport holder
- Fluency in both German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in customer service preferably in the iGaming industry or similar fastpaced online environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to customer service.
- Patience and empathy when addressing customer concerns.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Technical proficiency with online gaming platforms.
