Our client is a dynamic digital agency looking to expand their marketing team with an Influencer Executive to manage and acquire the portfolio of Influencers in Turkey.
Tasks
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies for lead generation
- Identify and build relationships with key influencers and ambassadors fitting the brands target audience.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand identity.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for influencer collaborations.
- Create engaging content and briefs for influencers to ensure successful campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate influencer activities with broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends in social media and influencer marketing.
- Report on influencer campaign ROI and impact on brand growth.
- Source new influencers that fit the brands target audience.
- KPI expectation: first time depositors player values influencer budgeting and ROI
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing and Communication or related
- 2 years of experience in a similar role or social media role
- Good knowledge of the Turkish market
- Proven expertise in influencer marketing or social media management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer tools.
- Analytical skills to measure and optimise campaign performance.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and industry partners.
- Discipline and a strong ethos for structure and process
- An open and creative mindset
- Turkish speaking would be beneficial
