Job Description

Join our clients growing team as a Casino Manager!

Tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the gaming platform including game scheduling updates and maintenance to ensure a seamless user experience
  • Stay updated on online casino game trends conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for differentiation
  • Use data analysis tools to evaluate game performance and user engagement informing content selection and strategic planning
  • Negotiate with game vendors for favourable terms build strong relationships and ensure effective collaboration
  • Develop a content strategy aligned with company goals and market demand anticipating future trends to stay competitive
  • Work with marketing technical teams and stakeholders to optimize game offerings and enhance player experience
  • Collaborate with CRM team to propose and set up casino product campaigns ensuring alignment with overall strategies
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for product improvement
  • Investigate technical issues related to providers and support internal teams with casinorelated tasks to ensure seamless operations
  • Run gameplay analysis to ensure fair and responsible gaming practices maintaining regulatory compliance

Requirements

Desired skills & experience

  • Proven experience in content management or a similar role within the online casino or gaming industry
  • Strong understanding of the online casino market including player preferences and emerging trends
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Strategic thinker with a strong ability to plan and adapt to market changes
  • Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of the Canadian market is considered as an asset
