Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist addressing customer inquiries and complaints via email or live chat without phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand follow and remain knowledgeable of client policies and guidelines.
- Provide accurate valid and complete information to customers by using appropriate methods/tools.
- Meet personal/customer support targets.
- Report and provide feedback on trends common enduser mistakes and questions to the manager in a timely manner.
- Identify improvement opportunities in workflow and automation and suggest solutions to relevant teams.
- Interface effectively with other internal and client teams.
- Balance priorities of workflow in line with stakeholder expectations.
- Support different workflows clients and markets as and when required.
Qualifications:
- Native Norwegian
- B2 proficiency in English
