Junior Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a remote position.

Monday to Friday

8:00am to 5:00pm EST (8:00pm 5:00am PHT)

Responsibilities:

Work with the management team to understand business needs and objectives and provide support in basic data analysis report creation and dashboard building

Collect process and analyze data from various sources to identify basic trends and insights that support datadriven decision making

Develop maintain and update basic data visualizations and reports using tools like Excel and basic business intelligence software

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support business operations and ensure basic data accuracy and consistency

Support the implementation and maintenance of basic databases and data systems

Participate in adhoc analysis and special projects as required

Continuously improve basic data analysis processes and tools and identify opportunities for automation and optimization

Client Overview:

Our company provides a streamlined process for businesses to obtain the necessary licenses and registrations to operate within their respective industries. We are seeking a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team to support our business operations through basic data analysis. We are looking for a selfmotivated individual who is passionate about basic data analysis and has a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and fastpaced work environment. We provide full training and support to ensure the candidate is set up for success.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Computer Science Statistics or related field

Basic proficiency in Excel SQL and business intelligence software like Power BI Tableau or Qlik

Basic knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams

Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills
