Job Description

As a Bookkeeper you ll be at the heart of our client s financial operations managing diverse accounts and producing crucial reports. Proficiency in Xero is key as you ll handle financial data for multiple small businesses. This role offers the chance to apply your expertise directly to small business success working remotely with a significant Spanishspeaking clientele. You ll play a vital part in ensuring compliance and accuracy across various financial tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial data using Xero for multiple small business clients
  
• Produce accurate timely financial reports
  
• Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations
  
• Handle subsidiary accounts across diverse client portfolios
  
• Assist with various bookkeeping tasks tailored to small business needs
  
• Potentially communicate with Spanishspeaking clients
  

Requirements

• Proven proficiency in Xero accounting software
  
• Strong grasp of financial reporting processes
  
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  
• Knowledge of U.S. financial compliance requirements
  
• Excellent remote work ethic and time management skills
  
• Spanish language skills a plus
