This is a remote position.
Position Title: Digital Marketing SpecialistWork Setup: Hybrid
Schedule: 01:00AM 09:30AM PHT
Salary: Php 80000 Php 90000.00
Signon Bonus: TBC
Our client is a reputable provider of a unique patented clipon system that enables solid hardwood floors to be installed as a floating floor . This innovative solution offers highquality hardwood flooring with convenient and hasslefree ways of installation eliminating the need for nails glue or specialized tools. The system has been well established in EU countries and Japan for over two decades. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the floor covering industry and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as a Digital Marketing Specialist would be:
Achieve Organic Traffic Growth (aiming to return to 1000 visitors/day precore update).
Improve Keyword (KW) Rankings.
Acquire Backlinks.
Increase Domain Authority (DA) and Domain Rating (DR).
Conduct a thorough cleanup in Google Analytics.
Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) on existing blogs and create a new Landing Page (LP).
Attribute marketing efforts to a 100150k increase in sales within 6 12 months.
Plan this out month by month and turn each of these into a SMART goal.
Your Responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Specialist would be:
Manage all aspects of the companys online presence including website optimization SEO SEM social media email marketing and content marketing.
OnPage Optimization: Optimize website elements including title tags meta descriptions headers and content to enhance relevancy and performance.
Technical SEO: Implement technical improvements to the websites structure ensuring it is crawlable and indexable by search engines.
Link Building: Develop and execute linkbuilding strategies to acquire highquality inbound links.
Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to ensure content is optimized for search engines while being engaging for users.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track performance metrics analyze data and report on SEO effectiveness.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and product development to align digital strategies with overall business objectives.
Assist in efforts to develop brand awareness including social media marketing initiatives. Prioritize Facebook Pinterest and Instagram.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics track performance and generate insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated on changes in Google and social media algorithms and platform policies adapting strategies accordingly.

Qualifications as a Digital Marketing Specialist:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field is strongly preferred.
Proven experience (35 years) in digital marketing preferably in the floor covering eCommerce industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO SEM social media (such as Facebook Pinterest and Instagram) email marketing and content marketing. strong understanding of Facebook Pinterest and Instagram are some of the most important skills.
Proficiency in Google Analytics GSC Google AdWords and other digital marketing analytics tools.
Experience with the Shopify eCommerce platform. strong understanding of Shopify is Must have
Excellent analytical project management communication and interpersonal skills.
