Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Business marketing sales or a related field

2. At least 5 years of relevant sales experience preferably in the Banking industry

3. Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices

4. Ability to coach others

5. Strong negotiation skills

6. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

7. Proven ability to influence crossfunctional teams
