Job Description

As a Lead Generation Specialist you ll be at the forefront of business growth connecting commercial properties with vital safety services. Your role involves initiating conversations with decisionmakers in offices and warehouses introducing our costeffective solutions that ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance. You ll leverage your sales acumen to transform cold calls into warm leads directly impacting the company s success. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your B2B sales skills while contributing to a safer business environment in your community.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted cold calls to businesses in the Castle Hill area introducing our comprehensive electrical safety and maintenance services
  • Articulate our competitive pricing structure and service benefits emphasizing our edge over competitors
  • Identify and record key decisionmakers contact information in target businesses
  • Schedule appointments for onsite consultations and service quotes
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions leads and followups in our CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation targets
  • Collaborate with the onsite service team to ensure smooth handover of leads and appointments
  • Provide weekly performance reports detailing call activities lead status and appointment bookings

Requirements

  • 23 years of proven experience in B2B sales or lead generation preferably in servicerelated industries
  • Exceptional communication skills with a talent for quickly building rapport over the phone
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales techniques objection handling and closing strategies
  • Selfmotivated with strong time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluent English speaker with a clear professional telephone manner
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Adaptability to learn about electrical safety regulations and articulate their importance to potential clients
  • Comfortable with performance metrics and continuous improvement in a sales environment
