RFP Management:

• Lead the coordination preparation and submission of responses to RFPs ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
  

Proposal Development:

• Create clear persuasive and customized proposals that effectively communicate Emapta s value proposition and services.
  

Presentation Decks:

• Design and develop highquality presentation decks that highlight our solutions capabilities and success stories to prospective clients.
  

Commercial Proposals:

• Prepare detailed commercial proposals including pricing strategies and cost models to support our business development efforts.
  

Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal stakeholders including sales marketing operations and finance teams to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on proposal content.
  

Quality Assurance:

• Review and edit proposal content for clarity accuracy and consistency ensuring all documents meet Emapta s standards and client expectations.
  

Market Research:

• Conduct research on potential clients industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform proposal strategy and content.
  

Documentation:

• Maintain an organized repository of RFP responses templates and other relevant documents for future reference and continuous improvement.
  

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
  

Experience:

• Proven experience in managing RFP processes and preparing proposals preferably within the talent outsourcing or offshoring industry. Strong preference for candidates with experience in BPO and Enterprise Sales Management.
  

Skills:

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize information and present it effectively.
  
• High level of professionalism integrity and commitment to quality.
