Job Description

As an Onboarding Account Specialist you will be responsible for providing our venue partners with a simple seamless experience by integrating their newly created systems with their point of sale and loyalty systems and transforming their current menus into smart online menus within a few hours. You will liaise with venue partners point of sale partners and other integration partners to source integration credentials set up and test integrations on the platform and resolve any integration issues.

Dish Out Excellence: Your Daily Ingredients

  • Liaise with venue partners point of sale partners and other integration partners to source integration credentials.
  • Set up and test integrations on the platform.
  • Resolve any integration issues.
  • Convert clients menus into digital formats within the platform.
  • Facilitate testing and ensure online functionality operates smoothly.
  • Address and resolve issues in the digital menus.
  • Design and customize digital menus to fit venue partners needs.
  • Review and peerreview digital menus to ensure they are wellpresented.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects within specified timeframes.
  • Update and maintain internal project tracking systems.
  • Document common problems for product improvement.
  • Problemsolve and document new findings for the build or development teams.
  • Collaborate across teams including development sales project implementation and marketing teams.

  • Organization & time management. Works well in a highpaced efficient team.
  • IT knowledge or experience. (Highly Desirable)
