Position Title: Virtual Assistant with Web Design ExperienceWork Setup: Work from Home/Work Onsite
Salary: Php 30000.00 Php 45000.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WITH WEB DESIGN EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities as a Virtual Assistant with Web Design Experience:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding web design projects.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Relay client requirements and feedback to the design team.
Ensure timely updates and responses to client inquiries.
Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Facilitate meetings between clients and the design team as needed.
Monitor and report on project progress to clients.
Handle any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project progress.
Qualifications as a Virtual Assistant with Web Design Experience:
Proven experience in a clientfacing role preferably in web design or a related field.
Strong understanding of web design principles and terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficient in project management tools and CRM software.
Selfmotivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Basic understanding of Microsoft applications and design tools like Canva is a plus.
