Job Summary: The Estate Surveyor will be responsible for conducting property valuations managing real estate portfolios and providing expert advice on propertyrelated matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for details.

Requirements

  • HND/ Bachelors/ Masters degree in Estate Management Real Estate or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property valuation estate management or a related role.
  • Professional membership with relevant bodies such as RICS NIESV or similar.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conducting property valuations for various purposes including sales rentals mortgages and insurance.
  • Managing and overseeing property portfolios ensuring optimal performance and value enhancement.
  • Preparing detailed reports and presentations on property valuations and market analysis.
  • Conducting site inspections and surveys to gather necessary data and information.
  • Advising clients on property investments acquisitions disposals and leasing.
  • Negotiating property transactions on behalf of clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Keeping uptodate with market trends property values and the economic factors affecting the real estate market.
