Role Breakdown: Navigating Your Netsuite Journey

Be part of our client s team as a Netsuite Systems Analyst. Youll collaborate with operations engineering and finance teams to implement and manage enterprise systems. Ensure data integrity develop processes and advise on best practices to enhance workflows and scalability primarily focusing on NetSuite.

Key Duties: Driving Efficiency in Outsourcing

• Maintain the integration of NetSuite with internal and external applications including EDI multiple thirdparty logistics (3PLs) and the data warehouse system.
  
• Work with business partners on all new initiatives: gather needs & requirements map data define business processes conduct unit testing integration testing UAT and manage production cutover.
  
• Proactively partner with customer experience and operations to analyze and resolve reported application issues providing production support for daily operations.
  
• Develop reports workflows saved searches and queries in NetSuite to support business requirements.
  
• Manage NetSuite ERP administration configuration maintenance change management and ensure proper updates to the production system.
  
• Configure business and functional requirements correctly in NetSuite and other applications; maintain uptodate knowledge of NetSuite functionality customization and integration.

Qualifications:

• English Level: C1
  
• Hold a BA/BS in Computer Science Engineering Finance Accounting or another relevant degree.
  
• 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
  
• 3 years of handson NetSuite administration experience preferred.
  
• 2 years of experience supporting and resolving daytoday production support issues.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional stakeholders effectively prioritize and communicate on shared projects.
  
• Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills; comfortable parsing through large amounts of data using tools such as Excel and SQL to analyze and uncover issues.
  
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  
• Experience integrating enterprise business applications to enable data and workflows.
  
• Demonstrated proficiency in ERP capabilities including item records inventory management customers suppliers purchasing receiving order management invoicing and shipping.
  
• Experience supporting multichannel brands through Ecommerce wholesale and retail.
  
• Experience with application integration for Ecommerce wholesale and logistics including EDI B2B B2C 3PL and cloud application integration tools like Celigo.
