Job Overview: Your Career Snapshot

Be part of our client s team as a Workforce and Reports Analyst in Colombia where youll play a crucial role in analyzing workforce data generating insightful reports and optimizing operational efficiency. Your expertise will help drive informed decisionmaking and enhance workforce management strategies ensuring alignment with organizational goals in a dynamic and supportive environment.


Employment Type: Indefinite term contract
Shift: 6 DAYS A WEEK ( rotating shifts) 2:00 am to 11:00 am or 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
Work Setup: Onsite Bogota/Medellin


Responsibilities: Your Daily Impact

  • Forecast and plan staffing requirements based on historical data trends and anticipated work volumes.
  • Develop and maintain workforce schedules to ensure adequate coverage while optimizing resource utilization.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service level average handle time and adherence to schedule.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track operational metrics and performance against targets.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve workforce productivity operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to forecast staffing needs accurately and align workforce planning with business goals.
  • Implement strategies to enhance workforce performance through training initiatives performance incentives and schedule optimization.
  • Support operational initiatives and projects by providing datadriven analysis and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with workforce management policies procedures and industry standards.


Requirements

Qualifications Needed: What You Bring to the Table

  • English Level: C1.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience (1 years) as a Workforce Analyst or in a similar role within the BPO industry.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Statistics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workforce management software and tools (e.g. workforce scheduling forecasting and reporting tools).
