The Heartbeat of Customer Care: Your Role in Emaptas Outsourcing Success

Be part of our client s team as a Customer Service Representative. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat. Handle complaints effectively provide accurate product information and process orders. Maintain professionalism in all interactions and follow company communication guidelines.


Employment type: Indefinite term type contract
Shift: 6 DAYS A WEEK (rotating shifts) 2:00 am to 11:00 am / 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
Work setup: Onsite Bogota/Medellin


Customer Delight: Your Daily Duties as a Service Representative

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and empathetically.
  • Provide accurate information on products orders shipping and policies.
  • Process orders returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies.


Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or as a Customer Service Representative.

  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Tech Stack: Microsoft Office
  • Plus: Experience in BPO preferred.
