Colombian IT Support

This is a remote position.

• Monday Friday
  
• Day: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM COT(9:00 PM 4:00 AM Manila TIme) 8 paid hours a day with 1 hour unpaid break 40 hours per week
  
• Fulltime
  

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
  
• Talk to staff or clients about a series of actions to help set up systems or resolve issues
  
• Troubleshoot system and network problems by diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  
• Replace parts as required
  
• Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports
  
• Support the rollout of new applications
  
• Set up new users accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
  
• Installation configuration and upgrading of a company s computer hardware operating systems and applications
  
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in Zoom or over the phone)
  
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
  
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  
• Previous working experience in IT support for (2) years
  
• Associate s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS)
  
• Indepth knowledge of Windows 10 Mac OS Microsoft Office 365
