This is a remote position.
Work Schedule:
- Monday Friday
- Day: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM COT(9:00 PM 4:00 AM Manila TIme) 8 paid hours a day with 1 hour unpaid break 40 hours per week
- Fulltime
Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Talk to staff or clients about a series of actions to help set up systems or resolve issues
- Troubleshoot system and network problems by diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Replace parts as required
- Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Support the rollout of new applications
- Set up new users accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Installation configuration and upgrading of a company s computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in Zoom or over the phone)
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Previous working experience in IT support for (2) years
- Associate s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Indepth knowledge of Windows 10 Mac OS Microsoft Office 365
