About the role :

Medical Departures is seeking a driven and resultsoriented Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team in Turkey. You will play a key role in expanding our network of partner clinics driving sales growth and achieving ambitious business objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking relationship building and sales expertise within the medical tourism industry.ability to build longlasting relationships will be crucial in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Manage Strategic Partnerships:

  • Identify and source highquality medical clinics in Turkey with a strong reputation

    and a focus on serving international patients.

  • Build strong and lasting relationships with key decisionmakers at these clinics

    through effective communication and personalized outreach strategies (phone

    calls emails social media inperson meetings).

  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with partner clinics ensuring mutually beneficial

    terms that align with company goals.

Drive a sales funnel converting prospects into partner clinics and fostering their growth to premium partner status.

  • Drive Sales Growth:

    • Set and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets for new partner clinic

      acquisitions.

    • Collaborate with the internal sales team to develop effective sales strategies and

      identify sales opportunities.

    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitor

      activity and potential new markets within Turkey.

    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics identifying areas for improvement

      and optimizing lead generation efforts.

  • Maintain and Strengthen Relationships:

    • Proactively maintain positive relationships with existing partner clinics through regular communication across various channels (phone email social media).

    • Provide ongoing support to partners ensuring they have the resources and information needed to succeed.

    • Travel to partner clinics as necessary to build rapport and address any concerns.

  • Brand Advocacy and Content Creation:

    • Develop a deep understanding of Medical Departures products and services to effectively present them to potential partners.

    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edge.

    • Contribute to the companys social media presence by posting relevant content about leading European medical clinics on platforms like Facebook Instagram Google and Twitter.

  • Reporting and Collaboration:

    • Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records and reports in the CRM system

      including documenting all interactions with prospects and partners.

    • Collaborate effectively with other departments (marketing sales customer

      service) to ensure a seamless customer experience for partner clinics.

    • Attend industry conferences trade shows and networking events to generate

      leads and build business relationships.



Requirements

  • 24 years of experience in B2B sales or partnership development preferably within the medical tourism industry.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.

  • Will require working nights/weekends to hit sales deliverables (quotas targets)..this is not a 95pm job

  • Ability to work responsibly and productively from a remote homeoffice environment with good time management.

  • Extensive technical experience with: MS Office (Outlook Word Excel Teams Chat) or Google Business suite (Gmail Calendar Meet Docs Drive) CRM (Zoho Zendesk Salesforce SugarCRM Freshworks) Social media (Facebook Instagram Tiktok) Chat (Whatsapp Telegram)

  • International travel experience ***nice to have***

LOCATION/BASE

Work from home Turkiye (Preference: Istanbul)



Job Requirements: 3 - 5+ years of Sales experience in English. 3 - 5 years experience in a Medical environment (Hospital/Clinic or recognized healthcare establishment) Ability to handle a high volume of email, phone, chat, and social media traffic (leads & prospects) in English. Fluent in English (verbal and written). High level of technical savvy & ability to learn new programs/systems. Excellent phone skills. Travel savvy; must have international travel experience. Experience tracking and maintaining a sales funnel & use of CRM/CMS systems. Impeccable written communication skills with a 40+ WPM typing ability. Ability to work responsibly, and productively from a remote home-office environment and good time management. Experience working with clientele of diverse ages backgrounds, experience with elderly clients is a plus. Weekend availability is a must, according to the shift schedule (5 days on, 2 days off). +50 hours weekly charge Excellent overall communication skills and Powerful collaboration skills. A proven track record of successful sales experience is preferred. Technical familiarity & knowledge of medical procedures & terminology (must have). Equipment Requirements: High-speed internet connection Reliable computer with webcam and microphone interface
