About the role :
Medical Departures is seeking a driven and resultsoriented Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team in Turkey. You will play a key role in expanding our network of partner clinics driving sales growth and achieving ambitious business objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking relationship building and sales expertise within the medical tourism industry.ability to build longlasting relationships will be crucial in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Manage Strategic Partnerships:
Identify and source highquality medical clinics in Turkey with a strong reputation
and a focus on serving international patients.
Build strong and lasting relationships with key decisionmakers at these clinics
through effective communication and personalized outreach strategies (phone
calls emails social media inperson meetings).
Negotiate and finalize contracts with partner clinics ensuring mutually beneficial
terms that align with company goals.
Drive a sales funnel converting prospects into partner clinics and fostering their growth to premium partner status.
Drive Sales Growth:
Set and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets for new partner clinic
acquisitions.
Collaborate with the internal sales team to develop effective sales strategies and
identify sales opportunities.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitor
activity and potential new markets within Turkey.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics identifying areas for improvement
and optimizing lead generation efforts.
Maintain and Strengthen Relationships:
Proactively maintain positive relationships with existing partner clinics through regular communication across various channels (phone email social media).
Provide ongoing support to partners ensuring they have the resources and information needed to succeed.
Travel to partner clinics as necessary to build rapport and address any concerns.
Brand Advocacy and Content Creation:
Develop a deep understanding of Medical Departures products and services to effectively present them to potential partners.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edge.
Contribute to the companys social media presence by posting relevant content about leading European medical clinics on platforms like Facebook Instagram Google and Twitter.
Reporting and Collaboration:
Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records and reports in the CRM system
including documenting all interactions with prospects and partners.
Collaborate effectively with other departments (marketing sales customer
service) to ensure a seamless customer experience for partner clinics.
Attend industry conferences trade shows and networking events to generate
leads and build business relationships.
24 years of experience in B2B sales or partnership development preferably within the medical tourism industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
