Job Description

Venair is a leading engineering and manufacturing company of silicone hoses and flexible silicone pieces for the most demanding sectors such as pharmaceuticals biotechnology fuel cells and aerospace.

We provide innovative custom solutions according to our customers requirements. The Group was established in 1986. Nowadays Venair has more than 30 sales branches distributed in Europe Africa Asia and America 4 manufacturing centers and employs more than 350 people around the world.

Now due to our fast international expansion we are seeking a Sales Executive B2B for our new Sales branch in Istambul (Turkey) a startup project where you will collaborate and constantly communicate with the Headquarters Team.

Tasks

The main tasks and responsibilities for this role are:

  • Understand each customers needs to provide real effective sales solutions.
  • Open new customer accounts within the assigned areas.
  • Keep existing customer accounts.
  • Develop and maintain longterm customer relationships.
  • Visit customers prospect cold calling and make the appropriate business trips around the assigned areas.
  • Carry out followup for contacts quotations...
  • Be in charge of sales quotes and their followup.
  • Fill in the CRM with all your commercial efforts.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions and trade fairs (as a visitor or exhibitor).
  • Other sales tasks.

Requirements

The essential requirements for this role are:

  • Bachelors Degree (Business Administration Engineering Chemical Science Commerce Economics or similar accepted).
  • B2B Sales experience from 1 to 2 years minimum.
  • CRM experience will be valued.
  • High level of English and Turkish speaker.
  • Availability to travel and visit customers continuously more than 50% of the time.
  • Willingness to work in an onsite job position and small teams.
