Now due to our fast international expansion we are seeking an Operations Specialist for our Sales branch in Istambul Turkey.
Tasks
The main tasks and responsibilities for this role are:
- Carry out sales quotes and be in charge of purchasing orders from customers.
- Deal with Turkish customers directly by phone and email.
- Manage and oversee purchasing orders from customers shipments delivery times prices problems and so on.
- Manage outstanding customer invoices chase the payment and control other administrative issues.
- Prepare and manage stock shipments and goods received at Turkeys warehouse (picking and packing also).
- Manage the internal ERP (SAP).
- Support the external sales staff.
- Other operational and administrative tasks.
Requirements
The essential requirements for this role are:
- Business and/or Engineering Chemical or Science background preferred.
- Experience in operational tasks and customer service preferred.
- Minimum B2 English level and Turkish speaker.
- Willingness to work in an onsite position and small teams.
