Operations Specialist Part-TimeInternship

Venair is a highperformance manufacturing company for fluid transfer solutions that help leading companies in the industrial automotive pharmaceutical food and biotech sectors among others.

Venair has more than 30 offices around Europe Asia America and Africa. It also has 4 production plants in Spain and Vietnam.

Now due to our fast international expansion we are seeking an Operations Specialist for our Sales branch in Bursa Turkey. This is a temporary and flexible parttime position.

You would report directly to the branchs Sales Manager and collaborate with different departments from the Headquarters.

Tasks

The main tasks and responsibilities for this role are:

• Carry out sales quotes and be in charge of purchasing orders from customers.
• Deal with Turkish customers directly by phone and email.
• Manage and oversee purchasing orders from customers shipments delivery times prices problems and so on.
• Manage outstanding customer invoices chase the payment and control other administrative issues.
• Prepare and manage stock shipments and goods received at Turkeys warehouse (picking and packing also).
• Manage the internal ERP (SAP).
• Support the external sales staff.
• Other operational and administrative tasks.

Requirements

The essential requirements for this role are:

• Willingness to work in a flexible parttime position with the possibility of an Internship contract.
• Business and/or Engineering Chemical or Science background preferred.
• Experience in operational tasks and customer service preferred.
• Minimum B2 English level and Turkish speaker.
• Willingness to work in an onsite position and small teams.
