Job Description

Job Summary

The Sr. Architectural Planning Manager will oversee all architectural planning activities from concept design to project completion for industrial construction projects. They will ensure alignment with project requirements and maintain highquality standards. This role requires strategic thinking in architectural design strong project management skills effective coordination and leadership within the team.

This Senior Architectural Planning Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the coordination of architectural planning efforts and ensuring effective construction monitoring throughout industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination

  • Shortlist and evaluate consultants design fee proposal.
  • Coordinate project briefs and requirements with consultants to develop and finalize plans within specified parameters and schedules.
  • Review plans and technical specifications to ensure alignment with budget and design standards.
  • Ensure architectural designs align with specifications regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between different teams involved in the architectural planning phase.

Construction Monitoring

  • Attend technical meetings to resolve designrelated issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess progress address design compliance issues and maintain quality standards.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to architectural plans specifications and quality standards.
  • Implement proactive measures and make necessary adjustments to ensure project milestones and timelines are achieved.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelors degree in architecture
  • Licensed Architect
  • Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in architectural design planning and construction management within the industrial sector.
  • Experience in industrial and subdivision projects is an advantage.
