Job Description
This is a remote position.
Position Title: Business Development ManagerWork Setup: Work From Home/Hybrid
Salary: Php 60000.00 Php 80000.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM PH Time
Our client is an event management platform that simplifies the process of online event registration and ticketing. It offers features like realtime registration dashboards instant badge printing mobile checkin and seamless online payment solutions for various types of events including conferences workshops and social gatherings. The platform aims to enhance the overall registration experience for attendees and event organizers alike.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager:
Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals including lead generation presentations contract negotiations and postsale followups.
Identify target and secure new business opportunities to drive company growth.
Cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure longterm business success.
Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to identify new areas of opportunity.
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals driving increased revenue and market expansion.
Create and deliver compelling sales pitches to key stakeholders and decisionmakers.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and customer success to ensure a seamless client experience.
Track and report on sales performance pipelines and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications as a Business Development Manager:
Minimum of 35 years of experience in business development sales or related roles.
Experience with selling or managing SaaS platforms is highly advantageous.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
Excellent written and verbal communication ss with the ability to create and deliver highquality presentations.
Strong negotiation and closing ss with the ability to navigate complex sales processes.
Proficient in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Demonstrated ability to identify challenges and provide innovative solutions to drive business success.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
