Head Pilates Instructor

We are recruiting an experienced and passionate Head Pilates Instructor to join an elegant & prestigious studio catering to high-end clientele in Qatar.The package:- tax-free monthly salary 15 000 - 18 000 QAR (approximately US$ 4100 - 5000)- 40% commission on PT- the studio will help in finding & paying upfront for accommodation and will be deducted in installments later- medical insurance- visa- paid annual leave- annual flights- uniform provided (t-shirts)- partial support for education and sponsorship for competitions if any- relocation flightQualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:• Comprehensive Pilates Certification (internationally recognised)• Minimum 2 years experience• English speaking (Conversational level at a minimum - able to communicate clearly)• Approachable, graceful & displays attention to detail• Works well in a teamDuties & Responsibilities:Class Design and Delivery:- Design and deliver comprehensive Pilates classes for individuals and groups, catering to various skill levels and fitness goals.- Develop and oversee the implementation of Pilates programs tailored to clients' specific needs and objectives.Client Training and Support:- Provide personalized training and support to clients, helping them achieve their fitness objectives through customized Pilates routines.- Conduct initial assessments and periodic evaluations to monitor clients' progress and adjust programs as needed.Mentorship and Supervision:- Mentor and supervise junior Pilates instructors, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.- Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback to enhance instructional quality.Client Care and Safety:- Ensure the highest standards of client care, safety, and satisfaction, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment.- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve teaching methods and class content to provide innovative and effective workouts.Studio Management:- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.- Oversee studio operations, including scheduling, and adherence to health and safety regulations in liaison with Administration.Professional Development:- Stay current with the latest Pilates techniques, trends, and best practices through continuous education and training.- Attend workshops, conferences, and other professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge when needed and the studio can offer partial support.Position Overview:The Head Pilates Instructor and Technical Manager is a dynamic and multifaceted role responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive Pilates classes for individuals and groups, overseeing program implementation, and managing studio operations.
