Job Description
- Leadership and Strategy: Lead the product teams within the food verticals, setting a clear vision and ensuring that all projects align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Roadmap and OKRs Management: Develop and maintain transparent roadmaps for each team, prioritizing projects that maximize value to the company. Establish and track Objective and Key Results (OKRs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Develop a team of Product Managers and help them grow their skills and careers at Snoonu.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with all product stakeholders to translate customer needs and business challenges into roadmap plans and ensure that all teams are aligned and informed.
- Technical Collaboration: Partner with the technology lead and technical teams to accelerate the development and deployment of key features.
- Efficiency and Innovation: Streamline technical work processes to boost efficiency and foster innovation within the product teams.
