Factory Manager - Dried Fruits

We are looking to hire a Factory Manager Dried Fruits for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a managerial role preferably in dried fruits or similar agricultural products.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes quality control and food safety standards (HACCP GMP).
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Experience in inventory management supply chain logistics and cost control.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Plan organize and oversee the daily operations of the dried fruits processing plant.
• Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications.
• Lead and mentor a team of supervisors operators and support staff.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and efficient distribution of finished products.
• Develop and manage the departmental budget ensuring costeffective operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
