Job Description

Position: Tour Manager

Industry: Travel and Tour

Location: Phnom Penh Cambodia

Job Purpose: Ensure that travel arrangements go as smoothly as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Attending inquiries through e mails calls WhatsApp
  • Design itinerary and cost depending on the requirements
  • Making good rapport with agents/clients as well as hotels
  • With the help of reservations team sometimes taking best deal with hotels.
  • Once confirmed Coordinate with accounts for payment purpose with reservation and transportation division to reconfirm the booking.
  • After arrival of the guest checking the guest satisfaction to avoid the complaints.
  • Sort out the complaints maximum within an hour.
  • Keep available on your phone in a round to clock time for smooth running of package.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skill should fluent in English and local language
  • Sound knowledge and experience in travel and tourism industry
  • Problem solving skill should be able to identify problems analyze situations and develop effective solutions to resolve issues that rise.
  • Decision making Able to make decisions that are in the best interest of the team and organization
  • Conflict resolution Able to manage conflict that arise in the team
  • Adaptability
  • Escalate problem or kind of things to top management un able to handle

Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for organizing your teams work
  • Delegating inquiries based on team members capability
  • Conduct meeting once in a week to take the problems and issues that are facing by the members and convey the same to concerned departments
  • Keep in touch with concerned sales person for business development and also for market awareness
  • Keep in touch with agents for smooth running of package
  • Report team members emergency absenteeism to HR Department HOD
  • approve the leave of member from TL side
  • Support team for complaint handling
  • Mentoring and coaching

Working Hours:

  • 6 Days per week
