Position:
HR & Admin (Mainly control 3 country Laos Myanmar & Cambodia)
Job Description
- Maintain supplier information & Ma ke payment on Monthly operation cost such as office rental car rental cleaning fee etc
- Office 5S & warehouse 5S & buy office supplies & make name card
- Company car management & company stamp management &company Fix asset management
- Sending invoice to HQ for every two month & control invoices for local employee
- Working with agency to a ssist Expat employee with visa & work permit arrangement
- Make monthly admin budget plan & Monthly update expat visa information
- Make payment on employee reimbursement
- Record employee attendant AL OT and se nd to payroll agency &double check payroll calculation
- Give employee guide regarding to how to process with company internal system
- Recruitment shortlist and arrange interview
- Prepare labor contract & renew contract and send to payroll agency for MLVT registration
- Arrange computer and guide new employee with company probation flow
- Arrange new employee probation presentation
- Establish & update company policy & make announcement to employee if have
- Buy customer gift & sometime may require assist sale team do marketing material
- Assist HQ work such as contact with payroll & Tax agency legal agency if have etc
- Arrange document for MLVT Immigration and Tax Audit if have
- Arrange company Team building if have requirement
- Control staff attendant
- Other job assign ed by HQ & Country manager
Requirement
- Smart & quick learner
- Can speak English & Chinese fluently
- Have at least 2 years HR & admin experience
- Understand Cambodia labor law & Termination process if understand Lao & Myanmar labor is a plus
- Have payroll & tax visa & work permit experience is also a plus
