Training Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Content Development and Training Conduction
- Customize or tailormake existing modules to fit identified client needs with a market trend.
- Propose customized training programs to better respond to identified client needs in partnership with LBG General Manager.
- Deliver training programs and Conduct field coaching and visits.
- Facilitate various training activities (inclass training and offsite programs).
Training Preparation Operating and Closing
- Research and study specific subjects upon developing and customizing training contents.
- Design and develop training deck and handouts (PowerPoint).
- Create supplementary training materials and tools.
- Make all necessary training aids and related materials and print or bind training materials.
- Maintain training venue in good condition.
Stay Relevant on Both Market and Contents
- Keep informed on business intelligence by monitoring retail market trends.
- Conduct relevant market visits for the customize training programs (Mystery Shopping for B2B clients existing / potential).
Additional Responsibilities
- Administrative jobs and other required duties assigned by management.
Required skills:
- Minimum 5 years experience in training
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English is a must
- Additional language will be a plus such as Thai or Vietnamese languages
- A desire of constant learning and interest in the luxury industry
- Strong organization skills required
- Strong knowledge of PPT/Excell
