Job Description
Position: Corporate Lending Relationship Manager
Industry: Banking
Location: Phnom Penh Cambodia
Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect for and secure new corporate accounts that align with Targets business objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and surpass assigned revenue targets.
- Possess indepth knowledge of Targets lending products services and credit principles.
- Advise clients on the best solutions to meet their financial needs.
- Enhance the teams capabilities by providing training and mentorship on lending knowledge and best practices.
- Perform onsite visits to assess business operations and collateral.
- Manage and secure client information and documents efficiently.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and compliments.
- Analyze feedback to identify opportunities for business staff and process improvement.
- Lead initiatives to implement improvements based on customer feedback.
- Continuously monitor and improve the teams adherence to quality and compliance standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Banking and Finance or related field
- Over 5years of working experience in banking industry
- Good Command in English and Chinese is preferable
- Strong social and marketing experience
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
