Job Description
Our client is a leading agricultural cooperative in Cambodia dedicated to supporting farmers and improving the agricultural value chain.
Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee the companys operational activities ensuring efficiency quality and compliance in supply chain management logistics and production processes. This role is key to optimising operational workflows managing resources and driving continuous improvements to support CACCs mission in agricultural development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daytoday operations across procurement logistics and distribution.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee supply chain management ensuring timely procurement and distribution of agricultural products.
- Supervise operations staff including warehouse logistics and production teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including farmers suppliers and government agencies.
- Monitor and improve quality control processes to maintain product standards.
- Manage budgeting cost control and financial planning for operational activities.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement datadriven improvements.
- Prepare and present performance reports and KPIs to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Agriculture Supply Chain Management or a related field (masters preferred).
- 5 years of experience in operations management preferably in agriculture agribusiness or supply chain.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Proficiency in logistics warehouse and inventory management systems.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and operational management tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in Khmer and English; additional language skills are a plus.
