Position: Deposit Relationship Manager

Location: Phnom Penh Cambodia

Responsibilities:

• Hunt new deposit customers and able to independently close the deals in providing cashflow solution and fund collection/payment
• Grow relationship with existing customer increase MGM and cross sales
• Capable of growing cash management customer segment and potential pipeline
• Prospect potential risks and develop sales opportunities while maintaining a focus on risk credit quality
• Develop and implement effective customer retention strategies
• Capable for doing the Cash Management business and cross sell other products
• Able to lead and coach team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Banking and Finance or related field
• Over 5years of working experience in banking industry
• Good Command in English and Chinese is preferable
• Strong social and marketing experience

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
