Lead and manage the market research and analytics function at the Branding division providing insights and recommendations that inform strategic brand, marketing, customer and business initiatives.
Drive and manage the implementation of the Customer Experience Tracking Framework in Jordan and all other markets and conduct all tasks and responsibilities related to running the (Quarterly & Yearly Cycles) with internal and external stakeholders.
Design and execute brand, customer and market research studies, with specialized agencies, to gather brand, customer and market insights, perceptions, trends and provide actionable insights into brand performance, customer behavior and market trends.
Develop and present market research reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards and KPIs to monitor and report on the Bank’s brand health and customer perceptions in Jordan and other markets based on the Bank’s brand strategic direction.
Identify and implement new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of brand and market research activities.
