Job Description
- Follow up supervising all operations and related project in terms of speed of progress and resources utilization and its compliance with assigned budgets
- Managing and controlling all tasks and activities of the project at all stages and conditions in order to ensure delivering project's outcomes within the required timeframe, budget and quality
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of project
- Manage the implementation of project plans previously determined and agreed upon based on the specified time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.
- Monitoring and controlling work activities to ensure that the project is managed in a safe and professional manner, undertaken in compliance with all contractual requirements and executed at the required performance level
- Developing key performance indicators to measure the overall performance against the project goals and meet client's expectations in a timely and professional manner
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resources availability and allocation; manpower, material, and machinery and equipment to be as precise and accurate as possible
- Develop a detailed project plan to effectively carry out and track the daily operations of the project in compliance with the company’s regulations
- Controlling changes to the project's scope, variance factors and changes to the project's budget, and producing complete project final account detailing any variations; Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
