Job Description
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the Unit goals and objectives.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for our website and various digital channels.
- SEO: Familiar with search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and updated with SEO best practices.
- Paid Advertising: Manage Google AdWords campaigns and other paid advertising initiatives to maximize ROI.
- Create and optimize ad copy and landing pages.
- Analytics: Monitor website and digital marketing performance using Google Analytics.
- Generate regular reports and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails, to engage and retain our audience.
- Social Media: Develop and implement social media content and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales through the company's e-commerce platform.
- Optimize the online shopping experience, focusing on user journey and conversion rate optimization.
- Collaborate with the sales team to integrate online and offline sales efforts.
