Key Responsibilities:
Proposal Development:
- Create strategic and visually compelling marketing and business proposals for pitches across omnichannel marketing, digital marketing, event management, and other related services.
- Develop customized proposals that address the specific needs and goals of each client.
- Ensure all proposals align with the company's branding and messaging standards.
Presentation Design:
- Design high-quality PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate proposal content.
- Use visual storytelling techniques to create engaging and persuasive presentations.
- Ensure all presentations are polished and professional, meeting the highest standards of quality.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Incorporate research findings into proposals to demonstrate a deep understanding of the client's industry and challenges.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to enhance proposal effectiveness.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the business development team to understand client requirements and proposal objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and technical departments, to gather necessary information for proposals.
- Participate in strategy sessions to brainstorm and develop proposal concepts.
Client Engagement:
- Engage with clients to gather feedback on proposals and presentations.
- Make revisions and improvements to proposals based on client feedback and internal reviews.
Project Management:
- Manage the proposal development process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals.
- Track and report on proposal outcomes, including success rates and client feedback.
- Continuously improve the proposal development process based on lessons learned and best practices.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in proposal development, marketing, business development, or a related role.
- Proven track record of creating successful marketing and business proposals.
- Experience in omni-channel marketing, digital marketing, and event management.
Skills:
- Exceptional PowerPoint presentation design skills.
