The role of the Spa Business Development Manager:
- 1) Supporting the Head of Global Sales: you will work to increase client s presence within the luxury spa industry by identifying and pitching new business opportunities to increase productivity
- 2) You will maintain productive relationships and increase sales opportunities with existing clients by providing event support and meeting regularly to inform clients of new product launches treatments special offers and all relevant updates
- 3) Primary focus is to convert customers and build new business
- 4) Role provides no existing accounts Commission based bonus role
- 5)Analyzes market trends and sales data to identify market opportunities for future business.
- 6) Assist the Sales Leadership Team in identifying and accurately forecasting market share opportunities
- 7)They must clearly and convincingly articulate the organization s offerings and value proposition and overcome initial resistance from prospects.
- 8)Develops new targets through active prospecting and cold calling activities
The requirements of the Spa Business Development Manager role:
- You will already experience in a B2B fieldbased Sales/BDM role in a pharmaceutical/ retail/hotel/spa industry
- Experience & knowledge of the Spa and Wellness industry in Nigeria is a big advantage
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office PowerPoint Excel Word
- Must be able to deliver good quality presentations both verbally and in writing
- Excellent negotiation skills Excellent team player energetic selfmotivated
