Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to clients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide aftersales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry events trade shows and conferences to network and promote the companys products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration human resources or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of handson sales experience in crane products.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sales lifecycle.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving capabilities and an aptitude for team leadership.
